- Hole Punch
- Yarn or Ribbon
- Hot glue gun
Print Template out. Cut it out.
Glue to center of paper plate.
Hot glue the candy down.
Use crayons and draw stars on plate.
Punch hole in top. Put yarn or ribbon through and tie knot.
