Turkey Paper Craft
Print the turkey template. Color and cut out the turkey body and wing. Use the rectangle pattern place on folded paper to cut two or three different colored pieces of tissue. Each rectangle will be approximately 5 by 8 inches. Stack the pieces of tissue and accordion fold. Fold the folded tissue in half end to end. Trim the ends to a point. Cut along the line at the top of the turkey body to make a slit. Slide the folded tissue through the slit so that half is in front and half is behind the body. Separate and fan out the tissue to make the turkey feathers. Glue or tape the wing leaving the back part loose so it will stand out. (See picture)Alternate method. If you do not have tissue paper, simply use print paper. Color the paper in stripes of fall colors. Accordion fold the paper to make a fan and tape to the back of the turkey body.
