Print the template out. If you picked the black and white one then have the kids color it. If you picked the colored one then you don't have to worry about coloring it. Have the kids cut the picture out. Wrap the Cone body around the tube and tape it in the back. Cut the little ice cream cone arms out and tape them to the sides or you can glue them. Tape works a better though. Bend the arms forward and put a small crease in them so they stick forward. Tape or glue the head to the top of the cone.
